I built the gto engine with the clear engine block.It is REALLY hard to make it so the pistons move because the white metal is very soft and you have to epoxy everything together.If you run it with a dremel like they do in the video for more than a few seconds everything heats up and start falling apart.They is play in all of the parts and small attachment points and holes that need to be drilled and because the metal is so soft once you put pins though the holes you drilled and move the part the holes distort because the metal pins are harder than the white metal.

Have to disagree agree as I know of quite a few modellers that have constructed the GTO and the MP4/4 engine, they assemble and work okay and I'm guessing that the DFV engine is just as good.
