Pack 2 Contains parts for Stages 4 to 9.

Stage 4 contains – Handlebar, Lower Handlebar Clamp , Upper Handlebar Clamp , Screws and Socket Wrench.

Take the handlebar mount, both lower handlebar clamps and the handlebar mount cover.

Align the hole in one of the lower handlebar clamps with the end of the handlebar mount. Push the clamp onto the end of the mount. You may need to use a soft faced mallet to get it to fit properly.

Fit the second lower handle bar clamp onto the other side of the handlebar mount. Again, use the mallet if necessary.

Align the pins on the inside of the handlebar mount cover with the corresponding holes in the mount. Ensure the clamps are facing away from you and the curved side of the cover is facing towards you. Insert the pins into the holes and press the parts together.

This Stage is now complete. Carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag for future use.

Stage 7 contains – Lower Triple Tree, Front Fork Slider, Spring, Small Locator Pin and Hammer.

Take both front forks, the upper triple tree, the lower triple tree, both small locator pins and two hex screws.

Prepare the left fork, identifying it by the two projections on its end. Slide the front left fork tube into the correct side of the lower triple tree. Turn the tree around until the hole in the side is aligned with the hole in the fork. Insert a pin into the aligned holes. Lightly hammer the pin into the holes to secure the two parts together.

Take the right front fork and secure it into the lower triple tree in the same way you did the left.

Place the upper triple tree on top of the forks, aligning the straight sides of both trees. Insert hex screws into the holes in the upper tree and down into the tops of the forks. Tighten the hex screws with the spanner provided.

This Stage is now complete. Carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag for future use.

Stage 9 contains – Front Wheel Axle, Wheel Shaft, Wheel Nut, Spacers and Nuts.

Take the front wheel and mirror parts from Pack 1, together with the front forks assembly and the parts provided this time.

Hold the wheel, with the side with ten holes facing you, and insert the wheel shaft through the hole in the centre. Turn the wheel around and tighten the wheel nut onto the end of the shaft.

Place the mirror handlebar clamp around the left side of the handlebar, just past the bend. Put the washer between the two ends of the clamp. Pass the threaded end of the handlebar mirror through the clamp and washer. Tighten the nut onto the end of the mirror until the clamp stays in position.

Pass the front wheel axle through the hole at the bottom of the right front fork. Place one of the spacers onto the axle and push the axle through it. Take the wheel and place it onto the axle, nut side first. Push the axle through the wheel and place the second spacer onto the end of it. Push the axle out of the spacer and through the hole at the bottom of the left fork.

Tighten the first (larger) nut onto the end of the axle, then tighten the second (smaller) nut onto the end of the axle, up against the first.

This completes the assembly of Pack 2. Carefully store any remaining parts in stage labelled bags.
