Hi,
On my pack 2, the 8 screw for the cabin were mising.
I asked for at the customer support. We were at the beginning of March.
I still waiting for.
At every demand, they said that the department will be shipped the missing parts soon...
But nothing arrives.
What can I do ?

I notice your location is France, who did you buy your collection from, was it France, UK or elsewhere?

I bought it in France, from an UK service, shipped from Germany and received every month a Spain Pack.
Can you say better ?
I asked since 4 months the screws (only 8 poor screws) at the French support and every time they said that they ask to the UK support service to send me the screws.
But I have received nothing since 4 months. With a subscription at near 100€ every month, I really hope a better customer service.
