Contains: Front bumper, Front number plate and screws.

Insert the posts on the reverse of the front number plate into the two holes in the front bumper, making sure that the text is the right way up. Then secure the number plate from the inside of the front bumper with two BM screws.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 75

Contains: Gas spring bases, Gas spring rods, Gas spring bodies and assorted screws

Place a gas spring rod into a gas spring base and secure it with an MP screw, then place a gas spring body over the rod. Repeat the process again with the second gas spring base and gas spring rod then secure them with the other MP screw. Now place the second gas spring body over the rod.

Place the first gas spring assembly over the indicated hole on the right-hand side of the boot and secure the gas spring base with an AP screw. Then fit the second gas spring assembly into the left-hand side of the boot in the same way

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 76

Contains: Left hinge pin cover, Boot lid hinge pins (2), Springs (2), Right hinge pin cover, Hinge plates (2), Fuel tank cap and wiring stickers (6) and assorted screws.

Take the body and lay it on a cloth to protect it from damage. Insert a hinge pin into one of the springs and place them into the recess in the left-hand side of the body. Then place the left hinge pin cover onto the body over the pin and spring now secure the cover with two IM screws.

Insert the second hood hinge pin into the second spring and place them on the right-hand side of the body. Now place the right hinge pin cover over the pin and spring and secure it in place with two IM screws.

Place the boot lid hinges into the indicated recesses at the front of the body and place the hinge cover plates over them, then fix them in position with two KM screws.

Take the boot and place it upside down onto the boot lid positioning the slots in the firewall over the boot lid hinges. Then turn the assembly over and tighten three CM screws into the indicated holes in the left-hand side of the body. Finally, tighten three CM screws into the indicated holes in the right-hand side of the body.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 77

Contains: Left door foot plate, Right door foot plate, Left door latch, Right door latch and assorted screws.

Open the boot lid then place the end of the gas spring body over the hole in the left boot hinge and secure it there with a GM screw. Then align the hole in the end of the gas spring body with the hole in the right boot hinge and secure it with a GM screw.

Turn the body over and align the posts in the left front fender with the holes in the tabs at the side of the body front. Run the green and black cable between the body front and the chassis. Now secure the left front fender to the body front with two CM screws in the tabs and a KM screw in the hole at the side.

Now place the right front fender onto the right side of the body. Move any cables out of the way and secure the fender to the tabs with two CM screws and to the side of the body with a KM screw.

Place the front bumper onto the front of the body and secure it with two CM screws. Then press the fuel tank cap into the end of the fuel tank filler pipe.

Use three wiring stickers to secure the cables to the body front.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Contains: Roof liner, Right roof hook, Left roof hook and screws.

Retrieve the left door foot plate and insert the posts into the holes on the left side of the body then fix the plate from the underside with two CP screws.

Insert the posts on the underside of the right door foot plate into the holes in the right side of the body and secure the plate from underneath with two CP screws.

Insert the left door latch into the indicated hole in the left of the body. Orient the latch with the flat part at the bottom. Now secure the latch with an FP screw from the inside of the body. Then fit the right door latch into the indicated hole in the right side of the body and secure it with an FP screw.

Place the roof liner upside down in front of you, then place the left roof hook into the hole at the left edge of the roof liner and secure it with an NP screw. Now place the right roof hook into the hole on the right side of the roof liner and secure it with an NP screw.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Contains: Left sun visor 1, Pivot arm brackets 1 (x 2), Sun visor pivot arms (x 2), Pivot arm brackets 2 (x 2), Right sun visor 1, Left sun visor 2, Right sun visor 2, Mirror and various screws.

Remove the protective backing from the mirror and stick the mirror into the recessed area in the centre of right sun visor 1. You can remove the blue film from the mirror now or leave it until the end to keep the mirror protected.

Pass one of the two sun visor pivot arms through the hole in the front right-hand corner of the roof liner then insert the end of the arm into one of the pivot arm brackets 1 now place the bracket into the next hole along the edge of the liner and then secure the bracket to the liner with an FP screw.

Next place the right sun visor 2 marked R, around the bracket and under the pivot arm positioning the arm in the groove of the visor. Then place right sun visor 1 onto right sun visor 2, aligning the holes of the two parts. Secure the assembly with five OP screws.

Insert a pivot arm bracket 2 into the indicated hole in the top of the roof liner. Then secure the workpiece with an FP screw in the adjacent hole.

Insert the second pivot arm into the hole on the left-hand side of the roof liner, now place the end into the remaining pivot arm anchor 1, and secure that to the bracket with an FP screw.

Place left sun visor 2 underneath the pivot arm and around the bracket positioning the arm in the groove. Now place left sun visor 1 over left sun visor 2 and the pivot arm then secure it there with five OP screws. Then turn the roof liner over and fix the remaining pivot arm bracket 2 into position with an FP screw.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Contains: Left interior light lens, Right interior light lens, Left interior light, Right interior light, Wiring stickers (6) and various screws.

Locate the black and blue cable then unplug it and keep it to one side.

Place the left interior light into the recess around the holes in the left-hand side of the roof liner with the notched side facing inwards. Then place the left interior light lens into the light frame with the notched side facing inwards and it secure there with two DP screws

Place the right interior light into the recess around the hole on the right-hand side of the roof liner. Then place the right interior light lens over it. The notches of both parts should be facing inwards. Now use two DP screws to secure them.

Take the black and blue interior lighting cable and insert both LEDs into the interior lights positioning them in the notches and placing the cable in the groove. Lead the cable forward positioning it in the groove along the right-hand side of the roof liner. Now place three wiring stickers over the cable between the two lights then a further two from the right light back.

Place the main body assembly upside down in front of you. Place the roof liner into the body aligning the corresponding holes. Then secure the roof liner to the body with two IM and four BM screws, making sure that the six holes of both parts are properly aligned.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Contains: Left rear interior panel trim, Right rear interior panel trim, Seatbelts (x 2) and various screws.

Fix one of the seat belts to the left rear interior panel using an FP screw. Then position the left rear interior panel onto the inside of the left-hand side of the body and secure it at the indicated points with two BM screws.

Now attach the second seat belt to the right rear interior panel with an FP screw then attach the right rear interior panel to the right-hand side of the body with two BM screws.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Insert the posts on the left door handle into the corresponding holes in the outside of the left door panel then
secure the handle to the door panel with an AP screw inserted from the inside.

Insert the left door lock into the indicated hole in the back of the left door panel and secure the lock with an NM screw.

Pack 10 is now complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.
