I couldnt find a USA supplier for this. There are very few that carry OCCRE in USA and things like this are a special order and take months to come in if you can persuade a store to get one for you (I couldnt).ModelExpo used to carry OCCRE products and they are great, but they no longer stock them

I know this is thread necromancy but I ordered one of these from Hobbies

https://www.alwayshobbie...hop-cabinet-workstation

postage to USA was £25.00... for me this made it just under $90 delivered.... there were other options but shipping was always onerous. It is available on Ebay for just over $100 from Germany also.

will update upon delivery

Package arrived today. Hobbies wrapped the factory box in thick waxed type paper for shipment. Have not opened yet. Will do that tomorrow.

Shipping was not cheap at £25.00 ( +$30.00 ) but it was fast. I ordered on 9Jul and had to confirm additional shipping charges on 10Jul. Package arrived in Tennessee from England on the morning of 11Jul.

I would have preferred a cheaper and slower shipping option, but that was not a choice. And as previously stated this item is not readily available in the USA

finished the build... 1 of the 6 plastic containers was damaged but replacement is not practical so I just repaired it with Formula 560 Canopy Glue. plenty good enough for light duty. As for the build one quibble with the instructions...

my reading of the instructions shows adding parts 21 and 22 to assembly B to create assembly C. When I did this I found adding parts 23 & 24 impossible and had to partially disassemble C to build assembly D. This is totally my fault as it is obvious once I encountered the issue.

Just mentioning this for anyone who might follow.

I already owned Minwax Red Mahogany stain so that is the color of my workstation. I did purchase polyurethane as a finish. I plan on main workstation being used to help organize my bench and I will use the removable tray to go out to the detached garage on the odd occasion.

100% pleased with the OcCre kit and Hobbies
