I started the R2-D2 last year and Its my first time building anything and it’s been fantastic,easy to follow instructions and (touch wood) no problems at all. I’m a huge Star Wars fan so making this has been emotional and looking at the fact files has been really interesting. So as I’m new to this building and this forum Any advice would be great. Thank you all and I’m looking forward to my next build. I’m looking to build the Darth Vader lightsaber with crystals and leds and sounds next if it ever comes up cos finding one to make like the r2 in monthly payments is impossible so hopefully theyed do one here,I’ve also heard there’s an x-wing coming soon,can’t wait Thanks again

 I’ve noticed a lot of folk have built quite a lot of models,it’s around a year since starting my r2, so you Modelers must have started years ago, I’m on issue 80 of my r2 build,so does anyone know how many issues I have left to finish it

Its a 100 issue collection so you have 20 issue left until completion Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Welcome to the forum. Not long until completion like you say. Getting itchy fingers for the next build already.  Chris On the bench 1/350 Revell Tirpitz Platinum Edition (Pontos PE and Wooden deck) plus extra Eduard PE set and extra MK1 door sets.
