Hello everyone

I’m Matt, I live in Helsinki, just turned 50 and coming back after some 20 year hiatus from scale modelling. My collection of unbuilt kits consists of 1/43, 1/24, 1/20, 1/16 and 1/12 (mainly Ferrari, McLaren and Porsche) racing cars and detail kits. My eyesight isn’t what it used to be, so I have to concentrate on larger scale kits, super-detailing 1/43 F-1 and GrB rally car kits is out of my reach. At the moment I'm trying to convince myself getting the 1/8 McLaren MP4/4 full kit with aftermarket decals and other aftermarket detailing parts.

Hi Matt, and welcome to the forum. I can sympathise with your eyesight problem, mine is the same, but it is a known consequence of aging BigGrin

The McLaren looks a fantastic model and i am sure you will get many hours of pleasure from the build.
