Pack 4 Contains parts for Stages 16 to 21.

Stage 16 contains – Number Plate, Number Plate Mount with Rear Light and Screws.

Take the sissy bar, the number plate mount, the number plate and screws.

Pass the connector end of the cable through the sissy bar, then place the number plate mount up against the middle cross strut. Align the holes in the number plate mount with those in the cross strut of the sissy bar. Tighten the two screws into the aligned holes to secure the number plate mount to the sissy bar.

Take the number plate and ensure it is in the correct orientation. Align the pins on the reverse of the number plate with the holes in the mount, then press the number plate into place.

This Stage is now complete. Carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag for future use.

Stage 17 contains – Left Body Frame.

Take both body frame halves and the screws.

Bring both frame halves together, aligning the front of the right half with the recess in the front of the left half. Press the front of the right half into the recess in the left and squeeze the tops of the frames together.

Tighten one of the screws into the forward aligned hole in the top of the frame, followed by a second into the hole just behind it. Tighten the other two screws into the aligned holes in the section at the front.

This Stage is now complete. Carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag for future use.

Stage 18 contains – Clutch Linkage, Clutch Linkage Plate, U-Shaped Clamp, Screws and Fittings, Spring and Linkage Rod.

Prepare the items required to assemble the clutch linkage.

Tighten one of the two nuts onto the bolt with the eye at one end. Insert the end of the bolt into the correct hole in the clutch linkage. Tighten the second nut onto the bolt to secure it in place.

Insert the post in the centre of the clutch linkage plate into the hole in the centre of the clutch linkage. Tighten the washer screw into the hole in the linkage to secure the two parts together.

Place the end of the linkage rod over the hole in the linkage plate. Pass the bolt through the aligned holes of the rod and the linkage and tighten a nut onto the end of the bolt to secure the rod in place.

Hook one end of the spring through the eyebolt and the other end around the post on the plate.

This Stage is now complete. Carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag for future use.

Stage 19 contains – Gearshift Pedal Plate, Linkage arm, Linkage, Gearshift Pedal, Pedal Rubber and Fittings.

Prepare the items required for assembling the rear brake.

Place the pedal rubber onto the gearshift pedal. Align the post at the end of the pedal with the correct hole in the gearshift pedal plate and insert the post into the hole.

Place the end of the linkage arm onto the pedal post, the two parts are shaped to fit together in one position only. Secure the linkage arm with a washer screw.

The linkage comes pre-assembled. Insert the post at the end of the linkage into the end of the linkage arm. Pass the bolt through the aligned holes of the arm and the linkage and tighten a nut onto the end to secure it.

This Stage is now complete. Carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag for future use.

Stage 20 contains – Right Body Frame and Screws.

Prepare the parts required for the assembly of the footbrake.

Place the bracket onto the linkage, where the two pins are located. Pass a bolt through the holes in the bracket, between the two pins. Tighten a nut onto the end of the bolt.

Place he linkage over the smaller hole at the end of the footbrake pedal, ensuring you have the parts positioned correctly. Align the holes in the linkage and pedal then pass a bolt through the holes. Tighten a nut onto the end of the bolt to secure it.

Place the hole at the end of the footbrake pedal over the post of the footbrake plate. Insert the end of the short wide bolt into the end of the plate post and use the cross wrench to tighten the bolt into place.

This Stage is now complete. Carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag for future use.

Stage 21 contains – Footbrake Plate, Footbrake Pedal, Brake Pivot, Linkage and Fittings.

Take the brake pivot and pin. Align the end of the pin with the hole in it, with the hole in the body of the brake pivot. Insert the pin through the hole until it stops.

This completes the assembly of Pack 4. Carefully store any remaining parts in stage labelled bags.
