Stage 11

Contents:Lower triple trees, Type E screws, Wheel axle nut, Type D screws, Cross wrench

Prepare the front tyre and the wheel. Insert the wheel into the tyre rotating it into the space in the tyre, whilst lifting the tyre wall over the wheel until all edges of both parts are flush.Place the right brake disc
(Stage 5) onto the wheel, inserting the pins into the holes and matching the directions of the arrows on both parts. Place the right fork assembly onto the brake disc, then insert the pins of the right front caliper (Stage 8) into the holes in the bracket, with the caliper positioned over the disc. Insert the front wheel axle into the bracket and through the wheel, until it protrudes from the left side of the wheel. Turning the assembly over fit the left brake disc, left fork and brake caliper onto the wheel, in the same way as the right side. Place the wheel nut onto the end of the axle and tighten with the cross wrench. Do not overtighten, because that will prevent the rotation of the wheel.
Slide the lower triple trees over the forks, aligning the holes of both parts before securing them with type E screws.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.
