Hello everybody. I hope someone can help me with a problem I have encountered during my building of R2D2. My first question is does it matter which side the calibration panel is fitted? The reason I ask this question is that when I was testing leg sensors the foot sensor displayed a blue light when in contact with the floor and a green light when there was nothing underneath it and it was laying flat down. Any suggestions or do I have a doggy sensor! If so how do I get it replaced? I am somewhat new to robotics having only built airfix models before.

Hi Caroline

Firstly welcome to the forum and enjoy your stay with us.

Now to answer your questions the calibration panel is only fitted to the right leg the left leg was corrected in production so will not need a panel fitted. It sounds like you may have a faulty sensor control board from stage 52 so give C/S a call for a replacement.
