Pack 5 contains parts for stages 17-20

Stage 17

Contents: Instrument panel support,Right connector plate,Left connector plate,Bracket,Type J screws,Screw heads

Place the left connector plate (marked L) inside the instrument panel support, pushing the plate in as far as it will go.Repeat this with the right connector plate to the other side of the support. Retrieving the instrument panel from stage 16,insert the tab on the bracket into the space at the bottom of the panel.Turn the panel over, and secure the bracket to it with a type J screw.Insert the two screw heads into the holes in the instrument panel and place the instrument
panel support into the back of the panel.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 18

Contents: Radiator (back),Radiator (front),Radiator plate,Radiator cap,Left radiator pipe,Right radiator pipe,Type I screws

Place the left radiator pipe along the left edge of the radiator back, aligning the holes of both parts before tightening the two type I screws into the aligned holes to secure the pipe in place.Insert the two pins on the back of the radiator plate into the two holes in the right radiator pipe.Press the radiator cap into position on the right radiator pipe.Place the right radiator pipe on the right side of the radiator back, and secure it with two type I screws.Take the radiator front and press it into the rear part.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 19

Contents: Radiator (back),Radiator (front),Radiator left side,Radiator right side,Fixing plate,Pipe connector,Type K screws

Place the radiator left side onto the radiator back, pressing the circled holes onto the pins. Repeat this for the radiator right side.Insert the fixing plate into the cutout at the narrow end of the radiator back then align the two posts on the radiator front with those in the radiator back, pressing them into place.Press the pipe connector onto the radiator left side


Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Contents: Airbox top,Large cable guide,Small cable guide,Stops x 2

Retrieving both radiator assemblies carefully connect the two together ensuring the two sets of holes are aligned on both sides of the assembly.Then tighten type K screws into the aligned holes to fix the radiator parts together.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.
