Hello,

Just started Robi and I'm at stage 8, programming right arm servo.

I followed the instructions and servo does rotate, but the number 18 does not light on test board.

Is this a problem?

Hate to thing it's programmed only to find it's not after completing arm assembly.

Thanks for any help.

Cheers!

James

Hi James and welcome to the forum.

Try using fresh batterys and check that the cable ends are seated correctly in the tester panel and servo, if you still have problems reorder a new servo from C/S.

Thanks!
New pack of batteries.
I'll check connections.
Just in case, how does one order a new servo?
I purchased the complete kit, so is it possible to find another and use it while waiting for replacement?
In going thru some of the past posts, is this a model that has multiple problems?
It seems that it'll be worth the time and money if it works properly when completed.
Cheers!

OK, checked everything, even programed neck servo, #14, and get same results.
Possible test board is wacky?

Hi James

Sounds like the test board is faulty if you ring US C/S with the order number you were given with the full kit they will send you a replacement

OK, contacted US C/S and they'll send another board, but won't be shipped till Monday and could take two weeks. :(
Thanks for your help, no need to reply.
Hopefully things will go smoother once I get new board.
Cheers!
