Stage 83
Contains: Left mirror housing, Mirror, Left mirror arm, Left mirror base, Left door hinge plate, Left door hinge bracket and assorted screws.
Attach the left mirror arm to the left mirror housing aligning the holes of both parts then secure them with a BP screw. Remove the protective backing from the mirror then fix it into the housing.
Retrieve the left door assembly and position the left mirror base in the recess at the front of the door and then place the end of the mirror arm into the holes in the base and door. Now hold the mirror in place and secure it from the inside of the door with an FP screw.
Place the cylindrical part of the left door hinge bracket into the indicated recess in the door then place the left door hinge plate over it onto the two indicated posts, then secure the left door hinge plate with an OM screw.
Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 84
Contains: Left door interior panel, Left door compartment 1, Left door compartment back, Hinges (2), Left door compartment 2, Left door armrest and various screws.
Fix the two hinges to the left door compartment 1 with two PP screws. Then place left door compartment 1 into the opening in the left door interior panel and fix the two hinges to the panel using four PP screws.
Place the left door compartment back onto the left door interior panel, over the inside of the compartment and fix in place with two AP screws.
Insert the two posts on the inside of the left door armrest into the two indicated holes in the panel, then turn the assembly around and secure the armrest with two AP screws.
Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 85
Contains: Left door window frame 1, Left door window frame 2, Left door quarter light and various screws.
Place the left door quarter light on the inside of left door window frame 1 then place left door window frame 2 over left door window frame 1. Now secure the two frames together with three OP screws, inserted at the indicated points.
Retrieve the left door assembly and align the holes at the bottom of left door window frame 1 with the corresponding holes in the door panel then fix the parts together with three BM screws. Now secure left door window frame 2 to the left door panel with two AM screws.
Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 86
Contains: Left door window, Window lift gear 1, Window lift gear 2, Window lift gear 3, Window handle, Window lift arm, Adhesive tape and various screws.
Retrieve the left door interior panel and insert the window handle into the indicated hole on the inside of the panel now place window lift gear 2 onto the end of the handle, then secure the gear with an AP screw.
Fix window lift gear 1 to the window lift arm with two DP screws Now insert the post at the end of the arm into the oblong hole in the left door window. Then place window lift gear 3 over the post and secure it with an IM screw.
Place the hole in the centre of window lift gear 1 onto the indicated post on the left door interior panel and secure the two assemblies together with a CP screw. Now remove the protective paper from the adhesive tape and fix it along the lower edge of the left door window frame.
Place the left interior door panel onto the left door with the window positioned in the frames and secure the assembly with four AM screws at the indicated points. Now insert the pins on the inside of left door compartment 2 into the indicated holes in the left door interior panel.
Mount the left door onto the body securing the hinge bracket from inside the body with an OM screw.
Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 87
Contains: Right door panel, Right door handle, Right door lock and various screws.
Insert the posts on the right door handle into the corresponding holes in the outside of the right door panel then secure the handle to the door panel with an AP screw.
Insert the right door lock into the indicated hole in the back of the right door panel and secure the lock with an NM screw.
Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 88

Stage 90
Contains: Right door window frame 1, Right door window frame 2, Right door quarter light and various screws.
Place the right door quarter light on the inside of right door window frame 1 then place right door window frame 2 over right door window frame 1 and secure the two frames together with three OP screws.

Stage 91
Contains: Right door window, Window lift gear 1, Window lift gear 2, Window lift gear 3, Window handle, Window lift arm, Adhesive tape and various screws.
Retrieve the right door interior panel, insert the window handle into the indicated hole on the inside of the panel and place window lift gear 2 onto the end of the handle, as shown and secure the gear with an AP screw.
Fix window lift gear 1 to the window lift arm with two DP screws then insert the post at the end of the arm into the oblong hole in the right door window. Now place window lift gear 3 over the post and secure with an IM screw.
Place the hole in the centre of window lift gear 1 onto the indicated post on the right door interior panel and secure the two assemblies together with a CP screw.
Remove the protective paper from the adhesive tape and fix it along the lower edge of the right door window frame. Now place the right interior door panel onto the right door with the window positioned in the frames then secure the assembly with four AM screws at the indicated points.
Insert the pins on the inside of right door compartment 2 into the indicated holes in the right door interior panel. Now mount the right door onto the body securing the hinge bracket from inside the body with an OM screw.
Pack 11 is now complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.
