Pack 7 contains parts for stages 24-27


Stage 24

Contents: Pipe,Couplings,Cover plate,Oil filter,Tube A

Remove the backing from the gasket, and place the gasket onto the head cover.Place the head cover onto the cylinder block, ensuring that you match the orientation of both parts as shown.Tighten two type B screws into the aligned holes of the block and the head cover, to fix the two parts together.Putting the cylinder block to one side, place one end of tube A onto the indicated pin of the pipe.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 25

Contents: Engine block,Plate,Type B screws

Place the cylinder block onto the engine block,Tightening a type B screw into each of the holes inside the engine block.Position the plate onto the engine block, aligning the matching holes of both parts before securing with two type B screws.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 26

Contents: Crankcase,Switch,Switch plate,Type B screws

Fit the engine block and the crankcase together, tightening a type B screw into the side of the block.Turn the assembly around and tighten a second type B screw into the hole in the other side of the block.Take the cover plate, and
position it over the screw from Step 4. Use a little glue to secure it if necessary.Retrieve the oil filter and fit it into the circled hole in the engine, matching the raised part inside the filter with the notch in the engine. Press the
couplings into the holes adjacent to the oil filter.Retrieving the pipe and tube A from stage 24,fit the pipe into the couplings first before pressing the pins into the lugs on the cylinder block.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 27

Contents: Shaft end nut,Crankshaft cover,Crankcase detail,Cap

Locate the recess inside the engine block and having placed the switch plate into it secure it with a type B screw.Insert the switch into the plate and ensure it clicks into place.Turn the engine block so that you can locate the two holes where the shaft end nut will fit.Place the pins of the shaft end nut into the holes and press it home. Use a little glue if necessary to hold them in place.Now place the crankshaft cover over the end nut, aligning the pins of the cover with those in the engine. Use a little glue to secure if necessary.Take the crankcase detail and insert it into the circled holes, as shown.Insert the cap into the circled hole in the engine.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.
