Lightsaber ejector flap on R2D2 dome is catching on dome.
The flap on the dome for the lightsaber will only open with a lot of coaxing. The long curved lower edge by the hinge catches on the edge of the dome. Has anyone else had this problem, and how best to solve it? R2D2 is assembled up to issue 77.

Hi sbmlee The fix submitted by a fellow builder in the link below may be of help- http://forum.model-space...spx?g=posts&t=27069
If that is no good then just reorder a replacement by giving C/S a call. Andy Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

that also worked for me, any thin clear sheet plastic you can cut to size and poke or drill holes in, just 1 or 2 mil's will move the part enough to clear.
