Hi all, been having a weird problem trying to order some back issues from Deagostini shop. Every time I try to order, I get to the point where I have to go to checkout, and I keep getting an error saying SSL certificate not valid. I have tried on 3 different PCs in two different houses, using Chrome, Edge and Internet explorer, and I get the same error, so it is definitely the website at fault. Any ideas how to overcome this?

The IT team have run a check on https://shop.deagostini.co.uk and everything seems working well. Also he tested a back issue order and no error occurred and we've not had any other reports of encountering same problem either.

Just double checked. If I continue as guest, all is fine, but if I try to log in as a previous user, then I get the error that it's not a secure site. Hope this helps narrow down the problem. How do I add a screenshot to the post so I can show you the error? (nevermind, figured it out) Regards

Yep, just tried on a 4th PC, same result, where it says Already registered? Please log in, I get that error. If I continue as guest, then no problem, works as it should, but I would prefer to use the login, as that would make it easier to track the order.

Finally we have found the problem - the log in link was removed in the last rebuild of the page and its this that can give the error.
Since there is no longer a log in service available we will remove this section form the checkout asap. I'll let you know when its done - they are working on it now.

Many thanks for the update. Will that mean that any future orders will no longer appear on our online account? Regards Luigi
