Pack 5 Contains parts for Stages 22 to 27.
Stage 22 contains – Brake Disc and Sprocket.
Prepare the tappet guide and plug. Align the end of the plug with the hole in the guide, then insert the end of the plug into the hole.
Prepare the guide assembly, the transmission case and a washer screw.
Take the guide and the transmission case. Place the hole at the end of the tab on the guide over the post on the transmission case and tighten the washer screw into the hole to secure the pieces together.
This Stage is now complete. Carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag for future use.pemberg attached the following image(s):

Stage 23 contains – Drive Chain.
Prepare the transmission case from Stage 22, together with the crankcase and screws.
Take the crankcase and transmission case and align the corresponding posts and holes of both parts. Press the posts into the holes. Turn the assembly to the side and check that the holes are aligned the tighten one of the screws into one of the holes. Tighten a screw into the two remaining holes to fully secure the parts.

Stage 24 contains – Crankcase, Tappet Guide, Plug and Screws.
Prepare the oil filter and oil filter top.
The posts of the oil filter top are different sizes, so ensure that the parts are orientated correctly. Push the posts of the top into the oil filter and press the parts together.

Stage 25 contains – Transmission Case and Screws.
Prepare the engine assembly from Stage 23, the oil filter from Sage 24 and two screws.
The oil filter has two pins and two holes around the centre post at one end, these correspond to only one point on the engine. Insert the central post at the end of the oil filter into the hole in the mount on the engine assembly. Turn the oil filter so that the two pins engage with their corresponding holes. The filter can only fit one way.
Tighten a screw into one of the aligned holes from inside the mount, then tighten a second screw into the hole on the other side of the post.

Stage 26 contains – Screws, Oil Filter Top and Oil Filter.
Prepare the engine assembly from Stage 25 and the gasket.
Align the gasket with the correct hole in the engine and press the gasket into place. The gasket will only fit one way.
Prepare the distributor and distributor top. The posts and holes of the distributor and top only fit together in one orientation. Align the two parts and press them together.
Align the post on the distributor with the hole in the gasket and push the post into the hole.

Stage 27 contains – Screws, Transmission Cover, Distributer Base, Gasket and Distributor.
Prepare the engine assembly from Stage 26, the transmission cover and screws.
Align the edge of the transmission cover with the raised edge of the transmission case. Place the cover onto the case, keeping the edges aligned. Holding the two parts together, making sure the holes of both are aligned, tighten one of the screws into the hole at the end of the cover using a flat-head screwdriver. Working around the edge, tighten screws into the remaining holes to secure the cover to the case.
This completes the assembly of Pack 5. Carefully store any remaining parts in stage labelled bags.
