That is a good idea with the removable gratings.

Cannot quite make out from your pictures buy have you rounded the tops of the gratings?

Hi Tony,
thank you very much!
Yes, the grating tops are rounded, this are original parts of the kit.

Regards, Bernd

Bernd

Many thanks for that update. They looked rounded but i could not be sure. They certainly look good.

Hi !
Now we are close to the end of the boty contest and I have to tell you, that I only can show you an incomplete build. I´m at stage 88, that´s all what is delivered yet. I´m very sad about that, but I can´t show anything I don´t have got. Crying
The only thing I can do is to show you the latest progress. The first Photo shows the 126 painted parts of decorations.

Thanks for looking in,

Bernd

Hi,
after waiting a long time to get new parts (I think they produced for UK), now I got the next packs up to pack 17. Still more decoration is to be painted. In the meantime I painted the ships body in light oak, mahagony and red. The instructions say, ivory and brown should be used, but I want to see the wooden structure.

Thanks for looking in,

Bernd
