I notice in official build diary they refer to sections 121-125 etc but in the download assy guide it uses stages? Is all the same just ID differently?

Originally it was an extension of the Victory kit which extended at issue 120 and the Cross-section started at 121, then later sold as a full kit rather than issues and it become Stage by Stage which is identical in content.
