Hi,

I last had issues sent (well - listed on my account) on 05/09/2018. I have recieved these and the account it fully paid up.

I've phoned CS twice now - the first time was last Friday and was told to wait for allocations over the weekend....this passed with no updates.

I phoned again on Monday and they said check again on Tuesday / Wednesday as they've now had more issues delivered....but again nothing on my account.

I feel like I'm being brushed off now and this is the first time I've had any issues with CS.

Any advice for getting my next batch of issues 90,91,92 and 93?

Cheers

Lee

its exactly the same for me lee. 5/9 last delivery sent, 12/9 last payment received. nothing for October and we are now on the 12th, so well over a month since the last activity.

i first called last Wednesday and was told they were all in stock and would be allocated by Friday (despite this being almost 2 weeks since everyone else had notification, and all other subscribers had received their deliveries at this point).

i called back Friday to be told they were out of stock and it would be Monday/Tuesday this week. as of today (Wednesday) there is still no update of delivery on both of my subscription accounts.

seems like C/S doesn't have a clue what is going on, and i know of at lease 6 other people in the same situation.

it all seems to be since the account website certificate expired and threw up the warning message, which almost 2 weeks on is still happening also.

https://ocss.deagostini....=%2fmysubscription.aspx

This is the address i have bookmarked right from the beginning of the build, and the same address my browser directs me to that constantly comes up with the unsafe/unsecure warning. Yes i have deleted cache etc. It happens on both computer and mobile device.

Also now thursday and still no delivery update for octobers delivery issue 90 onwards. Called again to be told they are not in stock and will be next week. Constant same story, are we ever going to get this months delivery? Or are we now going to a be a whole month behind?

Re the SSL certificate - It still says 2nd October 2018. This is over three browsers, two of which I've never used to access my subscription.

Issues 90 - 93 update

The subs copies on issue 92 were only delivered into the warehouse yesterday. They had 90, 91 and 93 but were waiting on 92 to arrive.

They only run allocations at the weekend but are hoping they can do this today. If not then it will be next week before copies start to arrive.

Thanks for the update Tomick. Will keep an eye on my account.

Will this delay delay next months issues arriving? Issues 94,95,96 and 97?

Hopefully not but as ever, is dependant on on-time arrival into the warehouse from finishers etc.

Well from what was seen 2 weeks ago, everyone got issue 89, 90, 91 and 93. So they did receive a delivery for october, substituting 93 for 92 to be sent at a later date. All of us needing from issue 90 onwards have received nothing. So there is a problem that we are not being told about. It feels like our monthly delivery is been held back and were not been told anything. Contacted CS and been told 3 different stories, and different dates to when our deliveries will be shipped. should have been shipped 2 weeks ago.

I’ve told you what the latest status is. Continuing to labour this isn’t going to make it arrive any sooner than that advised.

still doesnt answer why half the subscriber base has been sent issue 89-93 (sub 92) and the other half left waiting 90-93 with not a peep as to why from de agostini. if they can send them out, why couldn't the rest of us be sent a delivery without 92? thats all i was asking.

That's great news on issue 92, I get mine from my local shop every week but last week issue 92 never turned up. So i'm hopeing they will get issue 92 for me now. I did phone customer services last week but the guy i spoke to was really hard to understand. I got the jist in the end that they were waiting for more stock. At least i think that's what he said.

You seem to let yourself runaway with pure speculation. You have no idea of the volume of the subscriber base and therefore cannot possibly know the volume of the base affected, your comment is based on a handful you know of. If you continue to be alarmist without factual foundation, we’ll have to start editing your posts.

This is not something I am going to be drawn into any further other than to say this., It’s obviously cost effective to send 92 with the other issues than send on its own. It’s a situation that people have differing opinion of but that’s how it is and continuing to chew this over even after you’ve been informed of what is happening, is not achieving anything, in fact it generating complaint from other members..

People need to get a grip!!

Your issues will arrive FACT.

There are reasons that things get delayed FACT.

Deagostini are contracted to supply all issues so they will. Throwing the teddy out of the pram and going on and on will not get it sorted. Just be patient they will arrive. All people are doing is stirring things up both here and on facebook for no reason just get over it and accept the issues will be late but you WILL get them. We don't need to know why or when, they will arrive.
