Just got off the phone with c/s who have told me that issues 90,91,92,93 won't be with me for yet another 2 weeks.
That will pretty much be 5 weeks delay in total (I also have no confidence whatsoever that they will actually arrive by then) which in my mind is completely unacceptable. I know that as always on this forum I'll be shouted down & bluntly told to shut up but I'm sick of the now weekly fobbing off from c/s.

If you are unhappy with what c/s have advised, then you should ask to speak with a c/s supervisor.
