The communication I posted into the forum toward the end of last week was this.... The subs copies on issue 92 were only delivered into the warehouse yesterday. They had 90, 91 and 93 but were waiting on 92 to arrive.
They only run allocations at the weekend but are hoping they can do this today. If not then it will be next week before allocations start.

Which from what Lsainsbury has noted at post #1, is now underway.

I just hope now that novembers delivery will be on time. I hope this doesn't put our account behind. Itching to get everything assembled!

My latest R2 parts were notified to dispatch on 7/11/2018, so I`m guessing next week some time, but does depend on your subscription date. Mine have always arrived about a week after notification on my account.

So best guess for yours is November. Only Jesting.

Its not even been sent or allocated yet. October was just over 3 weeks late due to issue 92 been out of stock, and as a result it seems to have put the rest of my account behind. I was hoping thamey would have put it back on track seeing as it was their problem.

if your issues ran late you may just need to call them ans ask them to send them now.
they at most send monthly unless you ask them to send faster.
and they will not send more than one set at a time.

at least this is what the USA customer service tell me when i call them.

i am just now getting the "October" shipment so later this week i will have to call and ask for "November" .
if i do not call they will not ship the last pack until January unless i ask them to keep moving.

but if they have the packs they will ship them when you ask them.

Sorry to hear this. Can you PM your contact details to me along with dates orders and any reference etc and I’ll someone to investigate why you have not received.

Just called c/s & have been told they won't be sent out until next weekend.

So another month of issues arriving late & getting fobbed off - happy days!

I don’t ever remember being told, or reading that it will be completed by Christmas 2018.

I had originally calculated the end of January for me (my subscription started from issues 2 & 3. As time went on the delivery started ‘slipping’ in my favour, with the delivery date getting earlier each month.

I recalculated that the final issues will be in December (yay)... now probably back to January

No big deal in my opinion, thats what I had initially thought when I first started subscribing anyway.

Just sit back for a moment and think about the 100s of parts we have received since the beginning- it must be a huge logistical headache, and if only one thing is delayed, or broken, it could send the whole build back by weeks. Let alone sending it out X amount of times for each subscriber... worldwide!

So, thank you Deagastini, I have had an amazing time building R2D2, I feel part of a wider community in this, and I/we can’t wait to see him operational.
