Sorry, i think we should be clearer. We have not had an entire delivery this month. Nothing updated on account since payment received in September. Contacted cs as advised by yourself, promised allocation of delivery by end of the week and if not to call back. It it now end of the week an no delivery allocation of my package of 4 issues from 90 onwards (which is what i am due). Just called them again to be told it will now be by the end of next week, i complained about that and she changed her mind and said it will be monday or tuesday next week. She confirmed issue 92 was out of stock (not too fussed and understand that will be sent in due course) all other subscribers have received issue 89, 90, 91 and 93 (93 sent i place of 92). I should be due 90, 91 and 93, due to issue 92 out of stock means i should be sent 90, 91, 93 and 94? But i have not been sent anything and it seems the same for everyone else who is 1 issue in front from starting the subscription at issue 2. Tbh i shouldn't have to be chasing my subscription delivery like this when most other subscribers have had their delivery over the last week or so. It's also not the 1st mess up on my account, having received 2 duplicate copies in the past, a missing issue in 1 delivery. Its almost as though its breaking terms of contract and failure to supply. I have spent all this money and just got a heap of useless junk atm that doesn't match what was advertised, so also becomes a case of false advertising which is technically illegal in the uk. I'm still waiting for the online account to show issues 90,91,92 and 93 sent - it's now overdue. I spoke to DeAgostini yesterday and they said it would be allocated over the weekend as "that's when we do our allocations".
Not sure if that was just a fob off or not!!

It’s what puts the back issue system into freefall as you can’t possibly cater for such and in fact the seller is a Newsagent

My local newsagent managed to get me issue 92 from his supplier (Smiths) which only took a couple of days.
