been trying to get Battery, 18650 LI-MN 2600mAh 3.7V button top unprotected for the r2 d2 unit, its a nightmare trying to find any available, flat tops are more available, anyone else having this problem, can you point me to where i can purchase them.

Hi Steve Why not just await the DeAgostini battery offer to be sure of obtaining the correct batterys for R2-D2. aNDY Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Why didn't deagostini have an offer ready by now ? We have got the battery box now , we have the battery tester, and in the next few weeks we should have our finally delivery ... are we then expected to wait for batteries being delivered whilst R2 just sits there begging to be played with .... why did they not at least announce the battery deal in the same mag as battery box and tester ? SOME MORNINGS IT JUST DOESN'T SEEM WORTH IT TO GNAW THROUGH THE LEATHER STRAPS
