Hi, I am currently building the Amati Revenge 1577 and getting to the point where I need to connect the spars and transoms to the masts. The instructions only show a diagram of Rappell and Block connection with spacer blocks and beads. It does not give any other hints on how, and at what point in construction, should this connection be made. I have searched the internet to no avail. Does anyone have experience of this that they are willing to share with me, please?
Thanks in advance.

Morning everyone,
following my original message, I notice a big spelling mistake.
It should have said "Parral" beads, and not what I said previously.(I blame autocorrect!)
An update on my progress in this area:
The kit only supplied about half the required number of beads so I am "compromising". Suppliers, including such as Cornwall Boats, are completely out of stock of these 3mm beads and have no idea when new stock will arrive.
Sadly, I have had no response from anyone on this forum. Presumably there is a technique for attaching these connectors but I will just have to gauge it when I feel is the time to put them on.

Hi Goddo, this is not a kit I have personally built but would imagine the fitting of the parrel beads to the masts/spars would be very similar to that of the Victory build. You may find this topic useful, if not then by all means come back to me and I'll try to assist further.....

You may also find issue 105 of the official victory build useful too...

Thank you for all your replies which are going to be very useful.
I have pm'd Martin who has offered to help me out with some of his spare beads.
Some of the photos and diagrams are all very useful. Thanks to all.
