Hi Chaps and thx for the comments First of all i'm sure and from what I have seen all of your builds are going to be great and unique to yourselves in one way or another and it's about the pleasure of the build... If I was truly honest I think I would find just as much enjoyment out of building the car with no details and week by week but i need something to do lol.. I've always tried to make what ever i am making look "better" if thats the word than the kit provided. Thats what modelling is about and I have been doing this on and off since I was about 8 when my dad brought me my first Airfix spitfire.. Scottww86.... More than happy too but as long as you can wait a few more years lol MWG.. I used an Edding 751 gold paint marker.. releasing the paint from the pen then thinning and applying by brush..any art shop will do these. deanojeavo... as i said its all loose fit so these will go on a later time.. no point in rushing right!! Once again thx for your comments good or bad and I hope you continue enjoying my build as much as I am |

No need for thinning Austin as ready for Airbrushing straight from bottles and use Alclad2 airbrush cleaner... |

I've not used the candy flame Red yet but you use this over a chrome base to bring out the Orange tint.. going to experiment to see if it's better than the MP4 Red.. The last picture I used MP4 red and the results are so much better than the pink/orange/red the original wing has.. |
