- Online forms not being answered
- Emails not being answered
- Facebook direct message not being answered (to be fair not waited long for this)
- Phone number removed from the site. and the number I spoke to last time when I called today said that Model Space no longer had phone support.
I have problems with my Millennium Falcon order and need to sort ASAP.
Can someone advise who I can speak to please or if I can arrange a callback

I called 0333 300 1516 and they said that Model Space no longer had telephone support and was email only. Will try the other now

Sorry to hear this. There is a c/s transition.
Some Modelspace subscriptions remain under one contact number and others on another number.
Generally if your Subscriber number has Letters before it, you need the 1516 number. The number you possibly need is the 1227 number
Number: 0333 300 1516 or 0333 240 1227 (Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm)
