...and having just caught up last month with issues missing for over six months, my delivery today is missing Issue 76. Oh DeAgostini, you're so rubbish at the core part of your business!

I might remind you of our forum rules that derisive remarks, continued sniping, goading or provocation will not be tolerated.

DeAgostini are not under any obligation to provide such a forum and is the only Partwork company that does, which seems to go very unappreciated at times.

and I'd remind you that I'm one of the forumites that have a very balanced view of DeAgostini.
I fully appreciate the good things they do, but this does seem like an appropriate place - the *only* official place, as you've said - where we can make our comments heard by those in charge who might not otherwise be aware.

Indeed Ian and is much appreciated. The forum is a place for like minded individuals with an interest in model making to discuss model making. It is not somewhere that is equipped to solve customer account or delivery matters or a venue for derisive remarks.
If you have complaint about how a subscription is being fulfilled, the best place to do this is via c/s who do in fact relay complaint to DeAgostini, or if your not happy with c/s, you can contact DeAgostini direct via the address noted on the inside front cover of the magazine or message any of the forum support team where dealing with c/s has become a problem.

This is still, clearly, the best advice, and indeed the only route to any kind of resolution - I fully agree and appreciate that.

As an Internet/Forum user since the early 70's, it is normal practice to use official forums to exhibit unhappiness with the forum owner/creator, and that habit is hard to kick and should be taken more as blowing off steam, gathering the thoughts of individuals with similar experiences, and an indication of how serious a problem may be than any kind of malicious, antagonistic trolling.

You are 100% right though that whatever we say here doesn't address the problem itself, and I get that you don't want to see the forum cluttered with non-model-making chatter.

Perhaps in that light, we might restrict this kind of discussion to a single thread, rather than multiple?

I wish, but putting it all in one topic would mean you would have to trawl through to see if the matter had been raised. There are a few changes coming that should help.

Yes, a few of us are waiting for this particular issue, Andy has raised this for me, as I'm sure he has for you, I have continued to remind C/S that I'm still waiting for this issue, it means that a Dome Panel,Foot Base and one set of Powerbus Cables are missing from the build and it would be a shame to complete the project without these parts. I'm quite sure that DeAgostini are fully aware of this and I'm hoping that they can get this resolved before the last issue gets dispatched.

Got my latest subscription pack, with issues 89, 90, 91 and 93. No 92. Is this something to do with it being the battery issue? Both my online account and the sheet inside the pack suggest these are the correct issues for the pack, with 92 skipped over.

There are some subscribers that did not have 92 included in the shipment as it was late in arriving and the content shipped as is. There is no battery offer in 92 and the offer will be somewhere between issues 95-100, the battery s not needed until issue 100.

Funny you should ask, I contacted CS last week, as the chequered flag is in sight for this build and I really wanted to have everything completed and up to date before issue 100, sure enough a package was waiting for me when I got home this evening containing the elusive issue 58, how about you ?

Strange that, I phone C/S every week and email the same. October’s delivery came and was missing issue 78 but that has since arrived. Got a email last week to say issue 58 would be with November’s delivery..... got home unwrapped it, checked the delivery note and yes on the note was number 58. Checked the issues, wait for it.... 82,83,84 and 85??? Spoke to customer services again who have now confirmed they have none in stock!!
