Good evening, Does any one know why the online Deagostini accounts page has not been updated recently? Mine is showing my last issues sent on 09/11/18 and not showing the payment that was taken out of my account on 19/11/18. Is anyone else seeing this on their account? I hope this doesn't delay the final four issues due very soon now.
Regards
Keith.

This is a question you need to discuss with CS as the forum does not have any access to account information. Give CS a call and ask them directly...

Thank you for your response. I was guessing this would be the case. So that I can gauge if it is a website issue or an actual issue with my account has anybody else here seen this?.
Regards

Same with me, payment taken but nothing on the account. Think it's just not updated, maybe due to the end being in sight and lots of shipments to make ☺

Thanks for the feed back Gents,
I'm glad this wasn't just my account. I hope it doesn't delay the final delivery in a week or so.

Keith.

Keith. well you have it good in the uk by comparison ... the US web site only shows the time when we start a subscription. it gives no information at all on the monthly shipments. we get an email but nothing on the web site to refer to.

I believe the online account info is only available if you ordered direct with de agostini. I dont think it has anything to do with model space. So if you have queries with it they should as mentioned be taken up with customer services directly. Eh? the web sites says "Deagostini modelspace" and that is the USA company that is the USA site to buy from. if i when direct to the UK i'd be paying for international shipping and customs..... https://www.model-space.com/us/deagostini-history
"Our History ModelSpace is part of the international De Agostini group of companies!" but the USA website lacks features you have in the UK web site.

"Our History ModelSpace is part of the international De Agostini group of companies!" but the USA website lacks features you have in the UK web site. in the UK theyre practically 2 different companies under the same parent company. we can order either from de agostini OR model space. if you order from model space the de agostini online account wont work as the order number from model space is not recognized. in the USE you only have 1 supplier, its totally different and thus set up in a different way to here. hence there can be a lot of confusion when someone puts up a post in the UK and someone from the USA comments saying the opposite. hope this makes sense Building: Ghostbusters Ecto-1, Ford GT40, Gone in 60 seconds Eleanor mustang, Shelby Cobra Complete: R2D2, Red Bull RB7 RC, Battleship Bismarck, Shelby GT500 'super snake'

Just spoken to customer services about this and they have confirmed that on their side payment is showing as being made and this won't affect the final delivery. BTW he did confirm, correctly the day the direct debit payment was made, happy days!
