hello there
would anyone know why the cannon wheels in Victory's kit are black when the
real ones are a grays color

It is just how they are supplied.... you can of course give them a coat of primer and paint them in your own chosen guise....

I read some where that black wheels were ok anyway even thought the ones on the ship are a grayish color what you think
