Anyone else not receive instructions in one of their Akagi kits?

I just received my Akagi pack #3 and there wasn't any instruction sheets included in the box.
Anyone else have this issue?
I emailed customer service on Saturday but haven't received a reply yet.
I know I can download the PDF and print it myself but with as much as these models cost I kinda expect to receives complete packs not missing critical things like instructions!
