Hi Guys, anybody checked the first part pack arriving? Not wishing to start my build until more packs arrive I just thought I would have a closer look at what I have already got. Have 2 problems I being the Hub cap has chrome blistering, worked in the plating industry I know this can be a problem if conditions are not right, the second is paint runs on the engine cover. Anyone else looked at them or am I unlucky with these. Will have to contact Modelspace to see how to rectify. Andy.

Hi Andy, sorry to hear you have received some faulty parts. Contact CS giving them the stage numbers containing the damaged parts and ask for replacement stages to be sent. You will need your subscription number when speaking to CS.... Regards Alan

Still waiting for replacement parts. Been 14 days since contacting C/S. Thought the delivery’s were in 5 working days according to subscription. Loosing faith in a new build.

Hello Derek thanks for the reply. I did phone C/S on Monday and was told had been processed but can’t understand why for a new build, I thought would have plenty of stock, the parts are not here. Surely they would have full packs of the first 5 issues that the items could be sent. Regards Andy.

Hi Andy Processed means the request is in hand, dispatch then have to deal with it and then its reliant on the postal service. Give it a while to see if it arrives if nothing arrives then ask C/S if its been dispatched to you. They are dealing with a great number of dispatches so delays can happen. Keep me informed. Now 19 days since first contact with C/S by phone and still no replacement parts. Have now emailed to find out why nothing sent. Poor service from a new build. Very disappointed. Andy.
