some info we all need to help work out faults:
when the unit is powered up what is the detailed order of system checks?
like is the head motor and limit sensors the 6th item or the 10th item ?
what is the first power up test ?
second?
third?
and so on.
if we have that and a step fails then we can work out more about what items to check.
