Recheck all your labels are correctly placed and plugged into the correct sockets and no pins are missing or bent. Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Checked continuity between battery and the contact plates and springs at each end and all OK. The only other thing I've not checked is the small 4 pin charging cable/plug. It is recessed well in the plastic CPU cover and will be difficult to remove. I'll try and get it out tomorrow and see what if any voltages are on each pin.

Can you please recheck as I have asked . I am not there with your R2 so I need to eliminate various possabilitys before we move on. Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Well unfortunately most of the wire are plugged into the MCU, so that may need changing!!!!!!

Can both of you reorder the PCB board from Issue 99 . Steve Pb can you just post on here from now on if you have further proplems after you refit the replacement PCB. PeterP can you please start your own thread with your problem from here on to separate the two builds and prevent confusion. Also PeterP can you start by posting the full spec that should be available from the vendor of your battery on your new thread. Though I haven’t worked with a complete r2 yet, I’ve worked with many Pi’s, oranges and similar boards before. If a person were to plug an hdmi cable into the orange pi and into a tv - would they be able to observe the boot up sequence, and possibly any boot up errors that may reveal the root cause for their r2 problems? Current Builds: R2D2, Millenium Falcon
