Pop impresario Pete Waterman is also a stalwart of model railways who once Co owned the Flying Scotsman and recently sold his own £1 million pound steam model rail collection to raise funds for the Waterman Railway Heritage Trust which restores railway carriages for the North Yorks Railway.
He’s recently had to close down his “Just Like The Real Thing” model rail carriage business in Feb because of its continued losses as a result of the model rail downturn...
