I use the app that was recently released and when I press to play hologram 1, I hear luke talking with luke showing. When I press hologram 2, it shows luke but i hear leia talking. I thought this issue was going to be solved and we would get both luke and leia showing before the build ended?

Use the online user guide its very handy. The app will bring up your phones wifi connection list. From there you choose the r2d2 connection. It will ask for a password where you need to enter 8 zeros 00000000. Then you click connect. R2 should then make a noise and your app will tell you hes all connected. The online user guide is on the official r2 d2 model space page located under 'the build' tab. The page you want to read on the online user guide is page number 5 onwards. Hope this all helps.

I've put this under the nose of the manufacturer for comment though won't have this until early next week.

Yeah I’ve done that, when it says to press button 5 to change light to green, mine just flashes green, I then press the pairing button, the blue light on the front flashes slowly, but it says it’s supposed to flash quickly

In the other mode with the light orange I connect up, enter password 00000000, and my WiFi connections comes up with ‘internet connection not working’

You have to click on connect on the app when it says no connection or not working in the wifi connection list. As for the part of the app that tells you to wait for the blue light to flash, i didnt bother with that. I just used the local wifi option.

I don’t get connect on the App, just WiFi settings at the bottom, which I’ve already set up

Does the app actually work properly with an amazon fire tablet ?

Guys,

This topic is about the projecting an image of Luke and not WiFi connection problems. Can we keep all posts related to the subject raised and not hijack to another subject. Repeat offenders will have their posts moved or deleted...

Going to get very messy if people keep doing this, the same happened with the thread about the app, kept getting posts about batteries.

Myself and several others are having issues, in that the Luke projection is getting cut short. Still showing luke, but the sound gets cut out towards the end, and the head starts to shake with the projection still showing.

I got leia to show at last. I held the projector board while pushing in the wire connectors a bit more. leia now shows with no problems.
