Hi, what does it mean If button 5 isn’t doing anything on R2, but button 4 is working fine

It sounds like you may have a faulty switch., disassemble the switch assembly, check to see if the faulty switch clicks then re-test and replace switch board if need be.

Button 5 switches between local WiFi and direct WiFi, switching between each one. Have you setup both options? If you have just set up one WiFi option then it wouldn’t be able to switch.

I haven’t set up either of them yet, as both of them won’t connect, see my other topic I’ve just started
