My back led only shows yellow not showing green, even though the green was working on test during build. When I go to local wifi I never can get the green light to go on. Any thoughts guys.

The yellow light on the back means you are in Direct WiFi, green light denotes you are in local WiFi. The different colours are so you know what mode you are in. To change it from direct to local press button 5. Just check that you are in the local mode and not direct.

I also removed the back led today to double check for the green light as re the test during the build and it showed up green. TBH I don't know what's causing this.

There is a bad connection somewhere have you checked the pins are all straight in the sockets from the two cables that go from the head to the body sockets.

Make sure all the wires are seated correctly in the connectors too as this could be a cause of a bad connection.
