ultrafire - say no more. bin em, buy proper batteries. brc is not a brand, it is the chemical make up of the battery. they are simply not powerful enough. plus ultrafire and trust fire are proven to be the worst on the market, they give false specs - especially the capacity, are often under powered cells re wrapped, and have even been proven to be a much smaller battery inside a metal tube. avoid ebay purchases at all costs. realistically, would you really buy a high power battery from dodgey dave down the market? or would you source them from a reputable supplier with genuine credentials? even feedback on ebay can be faked. Whilst I see your point about the batteries, why would all of the other functions work, patrol mode for instance if it was a battery issue?

trust me. they are likely no where near 3600mah as stated (unless powering at lower than 350mA, which is what they test to get the capacity, not 1A+), they will likely be rated less than 1A discharge rate (there is no mention on the ad of the discharge rate), and there is no 18650 cell in existence that has a life of 1000 cycles. some of the best on the market produced by samsung, lg and sanyo only have a life cycle of around 500 charges. it also appears from the images in the ad that they are protected cells which would cause the most problems, hard to say for sure as again its not mentioned in the ad. also here is some information from ultrafire themselves they do not make a 3600mah cell! https://www.ultrafire.co...-fire-18650-battery-a79
leads me to believe they are in fact fakes. the article linked above is directly from ultrafire website. Building: Ghostbusters Ecto-1, Ford GT40, Gone in 60 seconds Eleanor mustang, Shelby Cobra Complete: R2D2, Red Bull RB7 RC, Battleship Bismarck, Shelby GT500 'super snake'

It’s widely known that a lot of Ultrafire batts are fakes and even dangerous, That’s not to say your’s are, but it is a possibility, especially if not purchased from a reputable seller. It’s a bit of a dilemma to swop or not.

Another suggestion, as i have seen a few people on facebook and a youtubeer having problems, all different, but all fixed the same way - check EVERY plug socket. The mcu, the sensor board, all the plugs in the dome etc are fully connected. One user was having a few different intermittent problems, all caused by 1 plug that was only partially connected.
