Good Evening all
Did a quite recent post and the info I got back sorted that issue. Now I have a new one and just seeing if anyone is else having this problem.
1. When I turn on the unit it always runs off on its own, i have press a direction on app to get to stop???
2. They dome seems to stutter left and right when in my living room, but when is in the dining room it's fine. Can the head be missed lined or can something be interfering with it. I press dance he spins his head but don't come back round
Any idea

There must be something in the living room that it is having problems with. Without knowing what each of your rooms looks like, eg. flooring and furniture etc, it is hard to say. But the fact that it works in the dining room would indicate it is fine.

Thanks for the reply, see the issue I had before, which is now sorted ( no turning left), the head work fine in the living room but now it don't. It's really weird, like I said kitchen it's spins using the app but it's stutters on the dance feature.
Could other electronics interfering with signal from my phone to R2d2

Not sure what mode you are in, whether you are direct linked or local, but change from what you are in to the other and see if that makes any difference. Mark
