Hi nice start,will be following with interest ,cheers mick. Thanks all - so here we go with Pack 02. I'm going to slightly change the layout of my build diary as some build stages uses parts from two or more supplied stages. To cover that I'll detail all the parts supplied in a pack then describe each build stage for that pack. Build Stage 04 - The handlebar. Parts required: B from Parts 04; A and B from Parts 05; B from Parts 06. The two lower handlebar clamps are attached to the handlebar mount then the handlebar mount cover is attached to the handlebar mount. bugsec attached the following image(s):

Build Stage 06 - The front forks. Parts required: E and F from Parts 5; A and C from Parts 06; B, C and D from Parts 07; A from Parts 08. The spring is inserted into the left front fork tube followed by the front fork slider and secured using the locator pin. Build Stage 07 - The triple trees. Parts required: A and D from Parts 07; B, D and E from Parts 08. Also required: Assembled front forks from Build Stage 06. The left front fork is attached to the lower triple tree and secured using the locator pin. The right fronk fork is also attached to the lower triple tree and secured with a locator pin. Build Stage 08 - Connecting the handlebar and forks. Parts required: C from Parts 08. Also required: Handlebar assembly from Build Stage 05 and front fork assembly from Build Stage 07. The handlebar assembly is attached to the front fork assembly and secured using the domed screws. bugsec attached the following image(s):

Build Stage 09 - Fitting the front wheel Parts required: A, B, C, D and E from Parts 08 Also required: The handlebar mirror parts from Stage 02 and the front wheel from Stage 03. The wheel shaft and nut are attached to the front wheel. The handlebar mirror is attached to the handlebar using the clamp, washer and nut. The front wheel is attached using the wheel axle, spacers and nuts with the nuts on the left fork. Both nuts are used to secure the axle. bugsec attached the following image(s):
