Build Stage 12 - The upper exhaust pipe.
Parts required:
A, B, C and D from Parts 11

Also required:
The upper silencer from Stage 11.

Brackets A and C are fitted to the exhaust pipe. The exhaust pipe is attached to the silencer and held with bracket D.

Build Stage 13 - The lower silencer.
Parts required:
A, B, C, D and E from Parts 12

Also required:

The two parts of the silencer are fitted together and the brackets added to hold in place.

Build Stage 15 - The horn.
Parts required:
A, B, C, D and E from Parts 14.

Also required:

The cable from the circuit board if fed through the horn case then the circuit board is fitted into the recess in the case. The horn cover is fitted onto the front of the horn case then the mounting plate is fitted to the rear of the horn case.

Build Stage 16 - The number plate
Parts required:

The sissy bar from Parts 15.

The number plate mount is fixed to the sissy bar using the provided screws. The number plate is then fitted to the number plate mount using the pins on the number plate.

The two frames halves are aligned then fixed using the screws provided.

Build Stage 18 - The clutch linkage
Parts required:
A, B, D (some parts), E and F from Parts 18

Also required:

The bolt with the eye is fixed to the clutch linkage using the nuts. The clutch linkage and the clutch linkage plate are fixed togetjer using the washer screw. The linkage rod is secured to the linkage plate with nut and bolt. Finally the spring is connected between the eyebolt and the post on the linkage plate.
The remaining parts are stored for later use.

Build Stage 19 - The rear brake
Parts required:
A, B, C, D, E and F from Parts 19

Also required:

The pedal rubber is fitted to the gearshift pedal. The gearshift pedal and linkage arm are then secured to the gearshift pedal plate using a washer screw. The post on the end of the linkage is fitted into the end of the linkage arm and secured with a nut and bolt.
The remaining parts are stored for later use.

The bracket is attached to the linkage using the nut and bolt. The linkage is attached to the footbrake pedal using another nut and bolt. The footbrake pedal is attached to the footbrake plate using the bolt supplied.
