How do you all work on the build.
Do you set so much time to one side everyday!
Or
Do you say i will do this bit today and that tomorrow.
Or
Do you say if i do that today and while it is drying i cant do this ready for the next piece...
Or
You you just work n work on work on the build fogetting about time until the other half shouts"your dinner is ready" and its tools down for another day..

Until I get a bit of a more permanent space to do my builds I'm finding it hard to squeeze in time to do anything at all. But when I do get some time I try and do as much as I can before I get interrupted and have to pack it all away until next time

I have the back bedroom for my build when i start it...
Just waiting for the new year to be over with and i will have plenty of time...

We have also knocked down the old shed and i may have a new one built so i may use it for future builds....

I have a dedicated space in my office and all the free time I want, so I set no goals whilst planking. I knew this was going to be an important part of the build so I deliberately took my time. Mistakes here could affect the look of the ship badly if we are not careful. BTW, I would also include fairing as part of the planking process.

Having said that, about halfway through I fancied a change and started work on the masts which can be constructed as a separate activity. Problem is, they took over and I was beginning to neglect the planking Hey ho.

Something else, as I neared the end, I developed a 'Last 10' spreadsheet you may find useful. There is also a check-list you may find useful for the build when looking ahead. Have a look here:
