I found out that they are out of the first issue and they didn't have an eta other than the next few days. Still nothing. I emailed customer service and still have not bothered to respond. Disappointing.....

So thats why I haven't seen any emails from them... That really needs to be communicated to people! Been waiting since end of December...

About the same time I ordered mine. I have emailed and called several times and its the same cookie cutter response. They don't have the first issue and are waiting on the UK. They 'say' they have all the rest of the sections 'in stock'. Horse hockey. I'll NEVER buy another product from DeAgostini just because of the run around I have been getting. Well, got to more emails saying the same thing. "Sorry it took so long to get back to you" and "Still trying to get the kits". If they are not being filled, take the ability to order them off the website and put up a notice.
