I am having problems with the voice control - very randomly does it activate on the Hey R2 or Good morning commands and then all other commends are very hit ad miss - it doesn't seem to be able to hear or discern the commands very well - anyone else having this problem? Is the re a fault with the Mic?

My patrol mode also has some issues - keeps bumping into things. Additionally, the front foot micro-switch does not stop him as it does not sit further forward than his body - could there be an issue with the ultrasound sensors?

You should check all the connections to make sure they are fully seated and none have worked loose and all are connected the correct way round. Also check and ensure that none of the pins in the plugs/sockets are bent or damaged.

Can you also post up a link to the batteries you have purchased.

Thanks Alan - I have checked all connections, including those from the shoulder sensors and can't see anything amiss. is there some other way of testing the equipment is functioning?

Ref the batteries, I purchased these from 18650.uk - Samsung made - 30Q

Can you check all the cables have been labelled up correctly. During assembly did all the sensor tests and checks work as they should?

All tests on the sensors Worked fine on the build. After playing around and doing checks over the last few days, I can’t find any issues with pins, connections, labelling or anything else so my only assumption is the PCU. Are others having similar issues with the autonomous patrol mode and Voice controls?
