Ow hard would it be to add guns instead of dummies on the gun deck,
And then add lighting?

You would first need to obtain enough correct scale gun carriages & cannon and have a deck level to sit the guns on. Lighting isn’t too difficult but has to be carefully planned for the correct lighting type and materials, which for the novice can be quite daunting, and if it’s a first ship build, could be a nightmare in the making.
