Hello there on the 24th of December I had to request replacement parts for issue 8 and so I contacted customer service, and they said it would take at least 3 weeks because the parts will be coming from the UK, ok so now it has been 3 weeks and no word or a tracking #,and customer service will not respond to any of my questions about the parts now, would any one know what is going at the US branch of DeAgostin model space, PS I also would like to know when to expect my next issue of the R2D2 subscription 9-12 will it be delievered the same way the first one UPS thank you Ronald

You need to allow that the Xmas closure was from the 25th Dec to the 2nd Jan and therefore the 3 week timeframe would have started from the 2nd Jan. Your next delivery will arrive as the first, approx 1 month after the first.

Tomick does that go for the replacement parts as well beside s the subscription

Sub is separate to replacement parts., as noted above, if you was told 3wks for your parts then that’s approx what it should be. Your Sub should arrive approx 1 month after your Pack 1 was received.

yeah well to day will be three weeks now so we shall see plus I do not understand why they have not replied back after 48 hours of receiving a message or messages
