Hello I have a problem, my r2d2 does not start. I did everything as described in the instructions. When I press the start button lights only the square colored lamp behind the Dom. Otherwise, nothing happens. i have samsung 18650 mha 3500 butten top batteries trill

Hi Frank can you borrow a voltage meter and check the voltage across the batterys in the box and at the end of the battery box cable.

Or replace the battery box though its difficult to determine if the box is at fault without a power check.

Hi Frank, ich schreib mal auf deutsch der Einfachheit wegen 😉

Du musst vor dem ersten Start das Akkupack „aktivieren“ dazu musst du die bereits geladenen Akkus in R2 montiert haben und das gelieferte Netzkabel von issue 100 ca 1min anstecken zum Laden an R2 😉

Danke für die antwort Sascha, ich habe die akkus alle seperat mit dem akkuprüfgerät voll aufgeladen. Dann habe ich sie in r2d2 getahen, das netzteil reingesteckt und ein paar secunden gewartet. Dann habe ich den anknopf gedrükt. Das ergebnis wahr er hat nichts gemacht. Das einzigste was geht ist die hintere bunte eckige leuchte funktioniert so lange ich den an knopf gedrückt hallte. Thanks for the answer Sascha, I have the batteries fully charged separately with the battery tester. Then I saw them in r2d2, plugged in the power supply and waited a few seconds. Then I pressed the button. The result is true he did not do anything. The only thing that is possible is the back square light works as long as I kept the button echoed. Greeting Frank
