Hi the sound from my speaker is very low. You can only hear it if you put it up to your ear.
I have reviewed all the wires and tried new speaker still the same the only thing I can think is wrong is the MCU.
Can anyone help or have any other ideas

Just double check the cables are in tight and the right way around, particularly the connection between the mcu cable and the speaker cable that gets connected before putting the back on. The mcu board is the distribution board and if everything else is working okay, it probably not that. The Pi board will have all the sound files programmed in for R2, so it is more likely to be the cause once you’ve established that the cables are all seated and positioned correctly. If so, contact c/s for a replacement, the number can be found on the inside cover of the magazine. Regards Mark
