i know it may sound like sucking eggs, but worth checking! Looks like it could possible be image 10B which is R.F-M which is the right foot motor the tabs on the side of the plug don't seem to be in line with the slot in the socket, but your right that mistake is easily done and over looked, but i did check all the tabs where aligned with the slots in there correct sockets

Same here i double checked and i had not looked properly at the magazine so plugged it in the correct way anyway, i am waiting for a new MCU to arrive now

Same issue
Red light nothing else works, lots saying incorrect batteries so changed no different
But found once red light on if I manually move head through limits all other functions then work, light becomes purple, patrol mode works, front arms open, light saber motor works
I'm suspecting it's actually the head motor supplied in issue 96 and not the MCU so reordered that
Will post back once arrived and changed

The same what you checked the foot motor, by using the motor test cable the switch test circuit board and the AA battery box

Checked motor and ok, reconnected motor and now turns but does the same as previous video in this thread I.e turns to quickly and bumps into stops left and right
Looks like I need the mcu replacement as well

after waiting weeks for it to arrive, I have swapped the MCU for a new one and the head is still banging against the buffer, and spinning far too fast. so its not the MCU unless I have been sent another faulty one, so if the admins could be kind enough to help that would be superb

I have the same issues and I'm waiting on a replacement MCU. I hope I don't get another dud one

If its not the MCU then it sounds like a faulty head motor going out of sinc and too fast for the limit switches to kick in before it hits the buffer pad. Request a replacement Head motor from C/S. Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Without starting a new thread on the same topic, looks like my MCU must be faulty.  I've purchased correct batteries, charged them all fully and ensured all cabling is correctly seated in the MCU but when I switch on I get a slight jerk forward and a red light. No other functions seem to work. I get one chirp out of Artoo then nothing else.
